Coaching with me may not be for you if:
- You want someone to tell you what to do
- You’re not willing to dive deep and be vulnerable
- You don’t want to make changes
- You want to be fixed (working with me is about growth)
What kind of things could we do together?

- Creating clarity around your desires: what do you want your life to be about?
- Developing a clear plan on how to manifest your desires
- Strengthening your intuition/inner wisdom
- Setting priorities when taking life decisions
- Understanding and moving through blockages: what’s stopping you from living your life’s purpose?
- Making high sensitivity work for you
- Developing a sacred daily practice (this may or may not include yoga practices)
- Deepening your yoga practice to include ‘off-the-mat’ yoga (teachings and practices)
- Finding meaning in challenging times
- Clarifying and integrating your personal boundaries
- Connecting with joy, being and pure awareness (our true nature)

Full payment is due when you book your sessions. You can pay via credit card or by bank transfer.
